Shannon Howe

Shannon works with various professional and amateur athletes and has for more than two decades. She currently works with the Regina Thunder Football Club and Sask Selects football program on injury management and assessment. She offers traditional Swedish massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) work, vacuum cupping and myofascial work. Areas of specialization include TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy massage and football injuries.
